When to replace the lamp your Icezone unit, and what precautions to take when doing so
When To Replace The Lamp In An Icezone Unit
- End of Lamp Life: After 9,000 hours of use, the lamp has reached the end of its useful life and must be replaced to ensure Icezone continues to operate effectively. A steady red status indicator light will signal this need.

- Contaminated Environment: If the lamp is operating in a contaminated environment, it should be replaced to maintain the effectiveness of Icezone. Although the status indicator light will remain a steady blue (normal), it is recommended to check the lamp every three months.

Precautions To Take When Replacing The Lamp
Cooling Time: Allow the lamp to cool for 5-minutes before attempting lamp removal from the Icezone unit

Avoid Contamination: Avoid touching the glass section of the lamp. If contact occurs, immediately clean the glass with isopropyl alcohol to prevent damage from contamination
